Parking in Honesdale, PA

Most of downtown Honesdale is metered parking. Most meters take nickels (12 minutes), dimes (24 minutes) or quarters (1 hour). There is a two hour limit in each parking space. Feeding the meters is not permitted.

Long-term meters can be found on Church Street between 6th Street and 12th Street and around Central Park, and 10th and 11th Streets, east to the river. These meters take only dimes and quarters and have a maximum parking limit of 10 hours.

Honesdale has two one-way main thoroughfares. Main Street runs north to south, while Church Street runs south to north. Pedestrians within the crosswalks have the right of way and vehicles are required to stop to allow them to cross.
